This is a Baptist Home for the elderly. The staff are very nice & professional. It is a newer building, spacious, clean & there is paid parking 1.00 per hr. Security is great for residents & visitors with pass codes to prevent patients from going outside without supervision & visitors must sign in ...

if i was allowed to leave no stars or negative stars i would have. moved my grandmother here, have nothing but bad things to say about the place / care. she’s been there not even a month and it’s been nothing but neglect, everyday im there ive had to change her diapers (which she never needed before...

When my mother was at Central Care, the care was much better. When we moved to The Heights and new care workers were hired (where did the others go?), the care was atrocious. She was terribly neglected. I was there almost everyday and tried to speak to managers, who were "in meetings" or who blamed ...
