Vision loss can affect independence, safety, and daily life — and it's more common than many families expect. BC has programs offering low-vision assessments, assistive technology, and help with the cost of vision aids.

Many of these services are free through non-profit organizations, and others are partly covered by provincial health programs. An early assessment can help your loved one hold onto their independence longer.

BC Low Vision Clinics
