I would not recommend this place. In the Dementia special unit there is little supervision and no no no stimulation or interaction with the residents. Very clinical place with residents either walking, pacing, or sitting by themselves for hours. Care workers do the minimum and hardly acknowledge th...

The staff turnover rate is high. I understand that there is a shortage in nursing staff and care aid staff, but this place has staff coming and going too often. An OTC said that she wasn't happy with her low pay. Management changed as well. Usually a high turn over rate also means that the staf...
