Staff seem to truly care about the residents. There is a sense of team work and camaraderie including from cleaners, care aides, and movement therapists and others. Always greeted with smiles.
If I may use a tired metaphor, the caregivers and nurses with whom I interact almost every day are the glue that hold Point Grey together. This is not to diminish in any way the critical foundation, the management team. Thank you all.
