We value that the seniors are being looked after and the rooms are kept clean. We are happy with the celebrations and entertainment they have to keep them busy. We also appreciate being able to use the staff lunch room for special occasions.thanks

We value that our parent is safe and well cared for. The staff are attentive and do their best to ensure that our mother has good hygiene, eats nutritious meals and provides some stimulus to her daily routine. excellent

I value the way my loved one is treated. The care staff treat my mother with love and respect and it is so much appreciated. They also keep my mother engaged and active which she absolutely loves. Having her so happy and comfortable is the most important. Thanks great you so much.

Always caring. Encouraged my aunt to wear compression stockings. I couldn’t do that. Winding her wall clock on a weekly basis. Nurses letting me know promptly with any changes in health or any changes in her care. Thank you so much

My wife has only been at The Oxford for one week but in that time I have been so impressed with the care and concern shown by all the staff and also with the ease of communication with everybody from the Managers down. Now over 2 years and everything I said is the same. Staff are amazing in the car...
