My Dad was recently placed at Mission Creek Lodge and the transition and support we have received has been beyond excellent. The staff are patient, kind, funny and professional. The meals and activities are amazing. My Dad is happy and has no complaints.

Both of my parents are new residents here and everything about their experience and ours has been outstanding! Staff are friendly, attentive and kind. Requests are actioned quickly, all the residents seem very happy and well taken care of, lots of activities to choose from, beautiful outside areas...

Short staffed, underpaid staff, the nurses and care aids mostly have good intentions but are overworked because of staffing shortages, so cannot always give timely care.
