They unnecessary call ambulances to "give themselves a break" from taking care of the residents in their care even though there is nothing medically wrong with the resident. Shame on them for abusing the medical system in this way!

There was a severe infestation of cockroaches. Residents with dementia left to wander without supervision and my father was randomly assaulted twice by the same resident.
