Not a place I would ever send a loved one. What a heart breaking quality of life these folks have for an absolutely extortionate cost. Under staffed to high hell. The place is a liability and risk to not only the residents, but the staffing too. Management literally spends it time standing in the wa...

All these new Care Aids have made the experience much better. The older staff should really take note, and rediscover the joy in their job. It may be your jobs, but it's our loved ones. We just want them to know they still matter and aren't out burden.

Friendly and helpful environment

The staff are pretty good. The maintenance is far too unreliable. Grounds are unkempt. My parents had to wait months for light bulbs to be replaced, water to be fixed, heating and cooling issues. Maintenance needs a great deal of improvement!!
