Two years ago I would have given a great review but things are going downhill at Ivy House. From my understanding since there is new management At Columbia House and Ivy House, staff are leaving and they are short staffed. I would give Ivy House ZERO stars if I could. Staff are lazy (except for the Recreation Worker). Can not call your senior on the weekends, they tell you that you are a "trigger" if they can't manage the senior. Would not even shave my dad or help him with his dentures. I wouldn't put my dog in this ...
