When we first had our Mom come to this place we were really happy. The manager at the time was fantastic and everything was proper. After her leaving, the place quickly declined in every which way. My mother lived there a few years ago. My sisters and I were treated extremely well when we visited mom, and were very caring to her as well. They were very respectful and kind when my mother passed. Many thanks to the staff for caring for my mother

My Mother is currently residing there. She has always seemed to state that she is Happy with the Living Conditions there and my Step Father visits her regularly and he is also Satisfied. However, I do not like to have to make an Appointment to see her and not having ready access to seeing her. So...

Response from the owner 2 years agoThank you for letting us know of your concern. The appointments were designed to assist in limiting the number of visitors when testing was mandated. We were concerned that more than 1 individual, not from the same family would be waiting in a not so private area. Testing & appointments were discontinued as of April 7th. However Dr. Bonnie Henry has cautioned us that similar restrictions may be reintroduced in the autumn if there is a surge in Covid cases. We realize the restrictions are uncomfortable & we only establish them to keep our residents & staff safe. Thank you for visiting with your Mother.

I would like say thank you to all the staffs in west wing looking after my mom, the front desk staff and the staff who did the rapid test for visitors. Although my mom was living there for only 2 months and had language barrier, staffs were so patient and tried their best to communicate with her. ...
