Nigel Living features a total of 37 unfurnished one bedroom or studio suites; five of those suites are subsidized. These bright, well-appointed suites feature high ceilings and large windows, creating a lovely atmosphere. They are suitable for one or two people, and range in size from 412 sq. ft. to 566 sq. ft. The brand new six-story building offers beautiful views of the surrounding area. Independent Living includes lunch and dinner daily, weekly light housekeeping, and weekly laundry service (linens and towels).
