Staff are very good, they care for you and help whenever asked. The kitchen staff are cheerful & happy. I love my one bedroom, to me it feels like a comfortable large suite.
The staff and professionals working here were exceptional. Unfortunately the ownership by Cedar Tree Investments, and management by West Coast Senior Housing Management and funding by Fraser Health is broken. They don’t seem to communicate at all with one another or more importantly the families.
It's been good. Housekeeping is excellent now. Our door screener is fabulous. Care aids are kind & helpful.
