Horrible upper management. The care aids and nurses do what they can with what they are provided.
Insensitive, uncaring and completely neglectful. Your loved one will not be cared properly and you will likely witness many other seniors die in the time you visit. Completely unorganized in rules and regulations. Do not send your loved one here.
