Can not beleive the attitude of staff i think they have forgotten that these residence are customers, I waa appalled to find unattensed wounds on my friends legs and the explanation his wheel chair caused them. He calls it a prison and I used to tease him about that now I am not so sure
You call this place and you get a call center in Toronto. In other reviews they say to call the Regional Director and provide a number but it rings 3 times and hangs up.

We strive to always pick up calls at the local level; however, sometimes our teams are momentarily away from the phone. In those cases, we give callers the option to be transferred to our call centre, as we want to ensure that every call is answered.
Ridgeview has some of the most amazing care staff l have ever had the privilege to witness. Everyday l would see team members going above and beyond all duties, the facility runs on compassion and kindness which reflects itself with the residents.
We moved my Mother from another facility in town and could not believe the difference in care. The number of staff per resident was high and the personal attention was both caring and compassionate. We called to let them know we would be coming to pick Mom up for a family dinner. When I arrived to ...
