Not all the showers work in the rooms and we have been advised they will never get them fixed. The industrial washing machine which is required will tear clothes apart. While staff are great, gifts go missing in the rooms, we have been advised that other residence will take things. I dropped off som...
They are looking after my Mother very well. But having to make an Appointment to Visit her is Bureaucratic BS. So One Star Off For That!

We need to book visitors because we keep the door locked for safety purposes. Scheduling visitors allows us to know who is in the building. We also screen for Covid upon entry. We regret this is a little inconvenient but we do strive to keep the residents as safe as we can.
