Nurses are great and hard working. Director is never around or interact. Staffing and Director leadership need improvement since care needs betterment. I could see how tired the nurses are, doing the best they could. Too understaffed.

My Grandmother lived here and received awesome care...the people are very nice and genuinley care about the residents.
