A recent visit to the care home and all the nursing staff are new. Not sure why, but staffing seems to be an issue. They also seem to be 'short staffed' as other patients were complaining about it.
Sadly, this organization puts business before people. They often operate at critical staffing levels. I would be hard pressed to place my aging parents in a place like this and suspect their staffing issues relate to middle management's inability to put their ego aside and work others for the bett...

We understand the importance of ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and our team members work very hard to achieve this. Working with families to provide peace of mind is top priority to us. Seeing how your comments are from the perspective of an ex-employee and not that of a client family, the comments can cause undue stress. Our first day moving in, the staff was wonderful… There were signs and pictures personally welcoming my mom to the building… It was lovely. Set a time

I am very happy with the care my mom receives. They are short staffed and it concerns me that the care of the residents suffers. I wish they would hire back the people they let go.
