Agree with Meghan as I've also seen his behavior. Staff are nice and treat my aunt well but the adminstrator, not too sure about him. Strikes me as quite arrogant whenever I've seen him

Before the virus, I would visit my grandpa. While signing in, I have heard the Administrator shouting angrily at someone in his office. I have overheard this on numerous occasions when visiting so obviously he has a wicked temper . I have seen him ignore the seniors too. Not cool at all!
