My mother-in-law was placed here a while back, after a hospital stay. We brought here home after one day!! Not enough staff to care for elderly. Run down, two people per room. All she did was cry.. It has a reputation of being the worst in Surrey. Now Im looking at another family member being placed...
We were very happy with our experience and the care for our Grandfather. Every staff member met us with the same kindness and compassion. While dealing with an emotionally difficult situation, they made every step easier. Great communication and exceptional care.

Facilities are old but the staff - nursing, care aids, cleaners etc are wonderful. That is the most important criteria. That is why I gave it a 5 star. If I rated the building itself, I would give it a 3 - 3.5.
