I highly recommend this care home. All of the staff are so kind and thoughtful. They went really went out of there way to make my grandma feel welcome. They even have recreation activities and live music for the residents, as well as some bigger events.

The people love what they do and it shows! They are kind, caring and both my dad and brother have benefitted greatly from being in Fair Haven Burnaby. I would not recommend this place. I have been on the phone with my mother for 22 minutes while she is hurt and calling for help with no one coming to her aid.
