If I had any other choice in the world, I would not have a loved one residing at Discovery Harbour. The amount of medication errors, horrible food, situations that are not handled appropriately or professionally, and just generalized mismanagement are mind boggling.

My Mother died in this facility, mostly due to lack of care, concern, and neglect, she wasn't bathed for 5 months, someone stole a very expensive ring from her when she was almost dying, the staff was horrible to me, they lied to me about her condition, the doctor was useless I had to force her doct...
Place is great, knowledgeable staff, clean and Dad likes it

The staff were so very caring and compassionate. They showed empathy and concern for my wife during her time there, as well as for me as I navigated through new realities.

I have been very happy for the wonderful care that my husband has had for the past year. The kindnesses shown by the staff is so obvious. The place is so clean and peaceful at all hours of the day. I would highly recommend Discovery Harbour to care for your loved one.
