One reviewer documented a serious case where a doctor dismissed post-collision trauma symptoms and refused imaging, which later revealed cervical spine damage after a 10-month delay. Had a similar bad experience with a rude nurse like the last poster. Her nametag was Samara or maybe it was Samantha.
