This place looks beautiful and that is where it ends. The owner/operator is rude and arrogant. The place has no soul and has the coldest atmosphere. I was very happy to get my mother in law out of there. If you love your parent do not place them at Casa Mia.

This place takes such amazing care in all that they do
I inquired about memory care for my Dad with Alzheimer’s. The business director didn't know what that was, was rude and transferred me until I eventual got disconnected. When I called back I was transferred to voicemail. Felt like they don't know what’s going on and that they don't care. Be aware.

Unfortunately one place I definitely would not recommend. Its all a facade. Once your loved one is residing at Casa Mia there Rights and yours are Gone. They will belong to Casa mia .
