My Nana received the absolute best care from nurses and care staff. They were very caring and everyone did exactly what we asked. Very friendly staff and professional and open communication. Couldn’t recommend a better place.

In the years my mom has been in care at Cartier House the staff has had her care as a top priority. They keep me up to date on everything. Any fall or cold is reported immediately to me no mater how small. The staff and management work together as a team and it shows.

Stay away from this unkept run down facility. The staff are friendly, but appear to be poorly trained. The food is inedible and prepared by an inept kitchen staff. Excellent care. Our mom did not want to stay at Cartier House, shortly after she moved in she did not want to leave. Excellent, caring staff.
