In 2022, the nurses ignored and neglected my father for days, allowing him to wither and die. The director told us he'd talk about what happened. It's three years later and we're still waiting.

Great, caring staff. Lots of programs every day. Ideal location near Granville Island. Bus stops are right outside. Recommend most highly.

I nice and clean health care facility that care about their residents and also their families. The location is great, the food is well-prepared, the staff is amazingly friendly.
