A low rating completely due to the consistent poor administration and lack of or negligent delay in follow up. Nursing care was OUTSTANDING, and certainly a priority for the unit staff. I went to visit a family friend and was a little bit worried that the front door was propped open.. was told it was broken. There was noone at the front desk to make sure that no one was coming in who wasn't there to visit.. 😔 Scary for security purposes.. …
