This place is a joke too. Constantly hiring. Money orientated. Some staff don't have the proper credentials. Food is poor. Care is unbalanced & sad. Some staff is in Vancouver not kamloops. This place has been audited by interior health and should be again soon! The units smell like urine, the floor...

Very nice building, rooms and furnishings but understaffing with bureaucratic policies result in poor service and unfulfilled promises related to resident care and activities. Hoping to see improvements to justify the high fees.
