Sent a request to their website to change the listing that states delicious freshly cooked meals. Should say processed and frozen, dry and overcooked. Way too many other things to list.
This place is a horrible place for the people who can’t talk or express their feelings . May and Maria are the most unprofessional problematic nurses there. My mom was in A wing since 2019 so we have seen many nurses and cafe staff come and go and the way May or Mai would talk to other staff such as the care aides was horrible. Yelling at them and telling them they should respect her.

It’s a long term care center that has definitely seen better days (building/decor wise). Staff are nice and friendly.
Welcoming place like home and experience staff for retiring seniors.
Horrible management and staff, do not put your loved ones here.!

My husband was there for respite. Staff were great, he liked the food, enviroment overall was good, but I was very dishearted with them when we left. Clothes were missing, made one trip back to retrieve some of the missing items, still missing some. So sad to report this as all else was good.
