The RPRC is a coalition of Richmond residents and agencies working together to reduce poverty and the impacts of poverty with research, projects, and public education. The Coalition meets on the first Thursday of the month September to June from 4:30pm to 6:00pm by Zoom or at Richmond Caring Place (7000 Minoru Blvd, Richmond).
