About

An active fishing club for seniors who are 40 years of age & older. Primary interest of members is fishing. This includes local day trips and extended trips to fishing destinations. We promote fishing through formal presentations, hands on demos, sharing expertise and fishing tales. Developing friendships and fishing buddies is important to members. Club meets on the fourth Thursday of every month (except December) from 10:00am to 12:00pm for presentations, socialization and club business. Following the meeting, some members go to lunch at local restaurants. Members pay own cost of all activities. For more information, contact Peggy Halliday at 604-940-3967, John Wells at 604-279-5531, or Bert Williams at 604-857-0117.
