About
Provides a coordinated program of professional and compassionate services for frail, cognitively impaired, and disabled adults, in a community-based setting open Monday through Saturday, 9:00am to 2:30pm. Aims to help less independent seniors remain physically and mentally active by offering social interaction, therapeutic exercise programs, meal provision, personal care assistance, health care monitoring, wellness promotion, and support for caregivers in a stimulating, safe, and caring environment. Referral through the VCHA Continuing Care Program, also accepts private clients.
