Supports the recovery and self-reliance of those with mental challenges and aims to reduce the social stigma against mental illness. Provides mental health support services (in Mandarin, Cantonese and English) to people and their families in need. Promotes mental wellness through mental health education workshops, seminars, ongoing group activities (eg. Singing, Bridge, Walking, Painting, etc.), Outreach visits, Counselling, Training for volunteers, Youth Ambassador Group, advocacy, Family support groups, Festival gatherings, and Virtual mental support. Offers referral services and networks with communities closely to raise public awareness of mental illness.
