Office hours are from 8:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, closed on statutory holidays. Website provides instructions on how to fill out the passport application forms for both Canadians and Non-Canadians. Questions regarding certificates of identity and travel documents should be directed to the service location in Gatineau, Quebec.
