About
From infancy through adulthood, Aspire Richmond supports people with developmental disabilities to define, discover, and advocate for their self-determined goals, passions, and happiness. For over 40 years, Aspire Richmond has provided exceptional programs and services for infants with special needs and children and adults with developmental disabilities. As Richmond's largest non-profit social service provider, each year Aspire helps more than 1000 people with developmental disabilities, and their families, to lead thriving, connected, happy lives. Referral by the BC Ministry of Children and Family Development or Community may be required for some programs and services.
